They both were around native Americans but James town didn't get along with them and the pilgrims did get along with them.The ricks were them being around the native Americans and running out of food.He was the leader of the Plymouth. They fought common ground because native Americans said that if you help us seek revenge on a rival tribe we will help you plant crops.the pilgrims and the native Americans came together and ate and they were thankful.

Rice, indigo, tobacco, sugarcane, and cotton were cash crops. Crops were grown on large plantations where slaves and indentured servants worked the land. In fact, Charleston, South Carolina became one of the centers of the American slave trade in the 1700′s.

The geographic regions were full of the water all around them.
The Southern economy was practically based on farming. Rice, indigo, tobacco, sugarcane, and cotton were cash crops.
Pymouth
ReplyDeletePlymouth was colonized by people seeking religious independence, called Puritans, wheras Jamestown was colonized by people whose major reason for leaving England was to seek ecomic fortune.
Plymouth established a government that prevented its inhabitants from straying from the Puritanic way of life, effectively outlawing and punishing everybody who, after living the Puritanic lifestyle long enough, decided that Puritanism was not the lifestyle that they wanted to lead, whereas Jamestown established a government that was purportedly devoted to the Anglican religious lifestyle, but in effect wound up encouraging a lot of religious freedom by protecting those of other or divergent faith.
